HOUSE RULES

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
  3. No smoking in all the building, we are a non-smoking property.
  4. Only pets are allowed under reservation and in some rooms.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  7. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:


By completing this booking I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Nomads Experience cancellation and No Show policies: Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior arrival: no penalty applies. Changes or cancellations made between 48 hours prior arrival and check in date or No-shows are subject to a hostel penalty equal to total nights stay of the total amount paid in the reservation. 


*Payment upon arrival by: Cash (Mexican peso, USD or EURO) or Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard). This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

*Please note that all our private rooms have a double bed, not two single beds.

*We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old.

*Wi-Fi is free and available just at common areas.

*At your arrival, by a new government regulation, we will charge an environmental fee of 4.15 USD per room per night.

*Taxes not included - 21% (16% IVA + 5% ISH)

*Not included 1 USD per person per night - Guest Service Fee

*No curfew

*Non smoking rooms - a fine of 50 USD in case of smoking inside

*No pets allowed


**A deposit of $50 USD will be charged at the time of check-in for allreservations in Private rooms. In the case of any damages/theft of the room, the deposit will be retained. If the damage/theft is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the repair/replacement. This deposit is100% refundable in the case there is no damage/theft of the room.
